"The mantra of the rosary never gets old, but deepens our spirituality and grows with us through the years. We also grow to appreciate the great gift Mary is to us through her witness and faith. This book helps us shed more light and insights on key aspects of Mary and the mysteries of the rosary with the grace and wisdom of the spiritual direction writings of Saint Peter Julian Eymard. Together our author has brought key aspects and insights that deepen our appreciation for prayer, two people who witness Eucharistic faith and gather new insights to enliven us. When in need of some "retreat time," and other special moments of reflection, this book is quite helpful for Marian, Eymardian and Eucharistic spirituality to celebrate a communion of prayer that transforms us and appreciates God's grace in our lives.” -Very Reverend John Thomas J. Lane, SSS

I love this book! It has the Eucharist, the rosary, and St. Peter Julian Eymard. What a combination! When I discovered the writings of St. Peter Julian Eymard years ago, he quickly became one of my favorite saints. His insights into the mysteries of Christ are incredible. All who use this book as an aid to pray the rosary will be blessed. I can’t recommend this book enough! |

This little book, The Rosary: Eucharistic Meditations, is little and simple. Remember though, that God’s greatest works are mysteriously simple. He does this to leave room in us for Him to move in and act. Ivonne Hernandez’s work is not really her own then, but God’s. I believe she, like Our Lady, points to the real author wrapped in Mystery - Our Eucharistic Lord. |
Ivonne J. Hernandez offers a very inspiring way to meditate and pray the Holy Rosary. In her book The Rosary: Eucharistic Meditations with St. Peter Julian Eymard, Apostle of the Eucharist, she invites readers to make the Most Holy Eucharist as the focal and starting point of meditation on the mysteries, virtues, and truths of our religion.
Inspired by St. Peter Julian Eymard, the Apostle of the Eucharist, she shares her personal experiences and devotion to our Blessed Mother finding herself being led by our loving Mother to her Divine Son. For “when you pray the rosary with a listening heart you find that Mary always leads you to her Son.”
In this systematic collection of inspiring reflections and meditations, Ivonne combines biblical quotes and personal experience with theological reflections so that praying the Holy Rosary leads to authentic spiritual worship of the Lord in the Eucharist, helps us grow in our communion with the Word of God, and readily live them in our daily lives.
You hold a gift that will transform your praying of the Rosary while reflecting on the 20 mysteries of God incarnate. The prayer will bring us to place the Eucharist at the center of our lives and live the mysteries that make known the love of God in our lives. Thank you Ivonne for this gift.

A HAPPY FIND I have been a rosary person for most of my life, inheriting my love of the rosary from my parents. This past spring, my husband John was listening to the Gus Lloyd radio broadcast on Sirius XM’s The Catholic Channel. He gets his daily reflection each day. On this day, Ivonne Hernandez was being interviewed about her new publication The Rosary: Eucharistic Meditations with Saint Peter Julian Eymard, Apostle of the Eucharist.
This was intriguing to us since she said she was an Associate of the Blessed Sacrament from a parish in Florida run by the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament. We two were in the midst of the formation program to become Associates of the Blessed Sacrament.
So I looked up Ivonne’s website Elisheba and found the book she was talking about. This wonderful book written by Ivonne has given me an incredible new way to pray my daily rosary. Ivonne has researched Saint Peter Julian’s writings and picked a passage for each of the 20 mysteries of the rosary. Each mystery also has a reflection written by Ivonne to help in our understanding and meditating on that mystery.
I have found this book to be an amazing way to grow in my love for Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament and through her, to her Son in the Eucharist. Thank you, Ivonne, for sharing your gift with us.

"I just finished reading your book! First of all I have to say what a beautiful book God called you to write. It touched me deeply in places, even bringing tears to my eyes. I especially liked how you used stories and real life examples to bring home different points and explain others."

Charlene Rack recommends a new book by Ivonne J. Hernandez to inspire deeper meditation on the Mysteries of the Rosary.
If ever a book came into my life at just the time I needed it, this is the book and now is the time. Great division, confusion, and turmoil are brewing (have been brewing for quite some time), and the cauldron has reached a dangerous boiling point. Add to that this unbelievable worldwide plague hanging constantly over our heads, upending our “normal” lives, and we might be tempted to succumb to fear, or at the very least, worry.
